Ingredients
- 2 tsp (10 mL) sodium-reduced soy sauce
- 1 tsp (5 mL) toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp (5 mL) liquid honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup (250 mL) frozen edamame, thawed and drained
- 1 cup (250 mL) diced sweet red pepper
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen corn kernels, thawed and drained
Preparation
In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and garlic until blended. Stir in edamame, red pepper and corn.
